We are a large growing MEP construction company in Louisiana that works on many of Louisiana’s biggest and best commercial MEP projects. We are planning to hire Louisiana’s best and brightest Mechanical Lead Manager’s in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve issues.
• Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator. And manage and monitor personnel.
• Increase office sales and profitability
• Coordinate, build, and maintain relationships with: Owners, Design Consultants, Architects, Engineers, Vendors, and Sub contractors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Local
• Stable work history.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP Sr. Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge in marketing, communication, financial operations, and employee relations.
