This is a full-time, permanent position with a great salary, benefits and career-growth opportunities at a growing mechanical contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain current client and potential client relationships to ensure services being provided are meeting and exceeding their expectations.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Ability to develop relationships with new clients and offer all services with the intent emphasis on selling and renewing HVAC preventive maintenance contracts to expand client base.
- Estimate and generate service and preventive maintenance proposals.
- Provide constructive input at team meetings.
- Track sales and review with service manager.
Requirements:
- Reliable and organized.
- 5+ years of HVAC experience.
- Knowledge in current HVAC products/services and plumbing trades.
- Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, word, PowerPoint CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
