We are a large growing general contractor that specializes in working on Department of Defense construction projects. This includes the Army, Navy, Army Corps of Engineers, Marines, Air Force, among others.  This is a full-time position with great benefits and requires travel.  We are looking to hire the best and brightest DOD Fuels QC Superintendent to grow with our great company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleaning, inspecting, restoring: POL Facilities, tanks, etc.
• Build and maintain relationship with Navy, Air Force and other DOD divisions
• Ensure all laborers, journeyman and foreman are exceeding safety requirements.
• QC evaluations for welding tasks: welding procedure specs, weld maps and procedure qualification records.
• Inspect site activities, monitoring for potential safety issues, meet and submit OSHA required safety documents.
• Make sure all military, state and federal safety and quality control requirements are being met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel.
• Stable work history.
• OSHA, USACE, CQM, and Liquid Fuels Certifications.
• Knowledge in IAW, UFGS, BOA, and SSPC local regulations for disposal of hazardous waste.
• 5+ years of experience in SSHO, QCM, and DOD Construction Projects.
• Prior experience as a Liquid Fuels Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, or Superintendent highly preferred.
