HVAC Project Manager position in Menlo Park, CA

We are a large mechanical contractor that specializes in large Mechanical projects in CA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage one to multiple large mechanical projects (HVAC)
• Manage Subs, and coordinate project schedules, and build/get approval on change orders when project is complete

Requirements:

• 5 or more years working as an HVAC Project Manager for Mechanical contractor

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree (Construction related)
• HVAC experience 
• Project Management experience (Scheduling, Coordination, Billing, Change-Orders, etc)
• Stable work-history
• Local in Menlo Park
