• Build effective, profitable winning bids for current and upcoming projects
• Mentor Jr/Mid-Level Estimators
• Attend bid review meetings, and provide value engineering suggestions

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hvac experience
• Local and stable work-history
• Extensive CA HVAC Title 24, OSHPD, and ASHRAE knowledge
• Plan & Spec, Design-Assist and Design/Build project experience
• Advanced Quickpen/Trimble Accubid OST knowledge
