HVAC Project Manager position in Los Angeles, CA

We are a large, growing mechanical contractor currently hiring a Senior Project Manager in our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities for HVAC Project Manager:

• Manage sub-contractors
• Lead our portion of project coordination meetings
• Review vendor bids and PO's
• Track RFI's, submittals and schedules

Requirements for HVAC Project Manager:

• 5 or more years of Mechanical (HVAC) Project Management experience
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction or similar
• Familiarity with CA Building Codes
• Great computer and communications skills
