HVAC/Plumbing Detailer position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Foreman on Change-orders and make HVAC/Plumbing Detail changes
• Explain design-intent on AutoCAD drawings 

Requirements:

• Local
• Stable Work History
• 3+ years prior field experience in HVAC/Plumbing detailing.
• Prior experience designing or drafting sheet metal, piping, plumbing systems, and coordinating with other trades.
• Strong knowledge in: State HVAC/Plumbing Building Codes, OSHA Standards, among other codes.
• Software knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk, Navisworks, BlueBeam, Quickpen, among others.
