Senior HVAC Project Manager in Fullerton, CA

We are a reputable mechanical contractor based in Orange County.  We have had the opportunity to work on some of California’s biggest and best projects including Hospitals, High-Rises, Hotels, among others.  We are seeking a top-notch Senior-level HVAC Project Manager that can manage some of our largest projects and also develop Assistant Project Managers to grow within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Visit Job Sites
• Work with clients (which includes General Contractors and Building Owners)
• Manage Project Schedule
• Manage Change-Order
• Review Spec Drawings
• Coordinate with Foreman, Crews, Sub Contractors, Suppliers, and internal staff
• Go to BIM Coordination meetings to meet with other trades

Requirements:

• 7 or more years of HVAC Project Management experience

Preferred:

• Local in Orange County
• Stable work-history
• Commercial Mechanical Project experience
• Knowledgeable in Quickpen, Bluebeam, MS Project, MS Excel, Outlook, among other applications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering
