Regional Director/Principal, PE position in Sunnyvale, CA

We are a large, growing MEP Design Engineering company that specializes in commercial engineering and design projects throughout California.  We have expertise in LEED/Green projects and a vast array of projects in Healthcare (OSHPD), Commercial, Education, among others. 

Responsibilities:

• Win large upcoming engineering projects
• Lead and provide assistance Associates and Project Managers for current and upcoming projects
• Identify and hire the best Engineers, Project Managers, and Designers for future new hires
• Monitor office budget, marketing, and profitability
• Review employee utilization and productivity

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Senior Management for Engineering Group
• 20+ years of prior Engineering Project Management
• PE License
• Bachelors or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
• LEED Certification
• Extensive Electrical knowledge and experience
