Senior Sheet Metal Project Manager position in Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedule, budget, change-orders
• Review and ensure accuracy for estimates for upcoming projects
• Meet with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and Owners

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Sheet Metal Project Management experience
• Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Sheet Metal) knowledge
• Large project experience
• Familiar with FL Sheet Metal/HVAC Building Codes
• Stable work-history
• Local or can easily relocate
• Strong references
