Construction Project Accountant job in Orange County, CA

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities: 

• Prep and review billings to owners and other construction contractors
• Process overhead and job cost invoices
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors
• Reconcile AP and AR
• Assist Project Managers with Project Accounting

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting
• 3+ years of Project Accounting experience working for a large, commercial construction company
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Familiar with Time and Materials and billings
