Plumbing Project Manager position in Long Beach

We are a large, growing mechanical contractor looking for Plumbing Project Manager to add to our Construction Team. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedule, budget, change orders
• Attend BIM Coordination meetings
• Meet with GC’s, Sub’s, Vendors, among others

Requirements:

• Plumbing Project Management experience 3+ years
• CA Plumbing Code knowledge
• ASPE Standards

Preferred:

• Local to Long Beach
• Stable work-history
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Manager
