Junior Plumbing Estimator position in Orange County

This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.  We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractors that works on many of CA’s biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects.

We are looking for a Junior Plumbing Estimator with 1 or more years of Commercial Plumbing Estimating experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Work in Excel, Quickpen (Accubid), and BlueBeam on Plumbing Estimates for current and upcoming projects
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Purchasing and Project Management groups
• Check Estimates for accuracy and look for value engineering opportunities

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Plumbing Estimating experience

Preferred:

• Prior Plumbing Journeyman and/or Foreman experience
• Local in Orange County
• Stable work-history
• Currently working for mechanical/plumbing contractor
• Medium to Large Project experience
• Knowledge working with Excel, Quickpen (Accubid), and BlueBeam
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
