Chief HVAC Estimator job in Orange County, CA

This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Chief Plumbing Estimator and report to Estimating Director on current and upcoming projects.
• Review and approve final HVAC numbers on medium and large commercial estimates
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for best pricing
• Train HVAC estimators and help them grow with the company

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial hvac estimating experience
• Title 24 and OSHPD knowledge
• Advanced on-screen takeoff estimating software experience (Quickpen/Accubid)
• Comfortable working with MS Excel and BlueBeam
• Prior field experience and/or bachelors in mechanical engineering or construction management
