This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple jobs.
  • Coordinates with mechanical contractors for installation.
  • Complete commissioning and testing of systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair local controllers, communication wiring, and programs.
  • Identify code issues.
  • Train and mentor apprentices and more junior technicians to grow within the company.

Requirements:

  • Completed Apprenticeship, Journeyman, OSHA, and other Certifications preferred.
  • 4+ years of Controls Technician field experience in building controls and automation, including installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of emergency management systems: schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others.
  • Proficient in HVAC Software/Programming and Building Automation Systems
